Apple has just started to sell its new, cheaper iPod Touch.

The 5th gen iPod Touch was officially released last year in 32GB and 64GB flavors and the new iPod Touch is available only with 16GB of internal storage. The biggest difference is that Apple has removed the back camera, but everything else is the same including 4-inch Retina display with resolution of 1136x640 and 326 ppi, dual-core A5 processor and front-facing FaceTime camera.

The 16GB version is available from the Apple's US web store for $229, $70 cheaper than the 32 GB version with iSight rear camera.

Anyone interested in this cheaper model? What do you say?
