Scale Cydia tweak allows you to share your Now Playing songs from the stock Music app via email, Message, Twitter.

Scale also allows you to add songs to a play playlist and share your songs via Facebook (feature available only in iOS 6).

There are no options to configure, to disable the tweak just remove the package from Cydia.
