Grafiti Cydia tweak adds a drawing keyboard and allows you to quickly and easily draw simple sketches and pictures and send them without having to leave the Message app.

Grafiti jailbreak tweak requires iOS 5 and it’s not compatible with the iPad. It’s available in Cydia under the BigBoss repo for $0.99.
