Siri has a hidden built-in feature disabled by Apple, a statusbar that shows the current status of Siri. SiriStatus Cydia tweak allows you to Enable/Disable this feature via Settings app.

If you swipe the statusbar from right to left there is another hidden feature, a command input text box will popup where you can type your query.
