FastLock Cydia tweak adds preselected shortcuts on your lockscreen.

To activate the FastLock you need to double press the home button on the lockscreen and it will bring up a list of shortcuts. With FastLock you will have a quick access to the following functions: Place a call, Send a message, Send an email, Tweet, Add a contact, Add a note, Set a timer or alarm, and Take a photo. It’s compatible with iOS 4 and iOS 5, no options to configure.

FastLock jailbreak tweak is available in Cydia under the ModMyi Repo for $0.99.
