After a series of disappointing losses and a minor victory in it’s long line of patent disputes, it looks like Apple may be close to taking a big chunk out of the Android machine.

An interpretation made by a judge may lead to an eventual victory for the Android rival.  Apple looks to be in good condition to win a victory in it’s dispute over patent ‘263.  A patent that strikes at the very core of all Android device of which there can be no workaround.  This could spell trouble for Google’s beloved OS as manufacturer may end up having to pay Apple for every Android phone made, much like they already have to do with Microsoft.
