Pope Benedict XVI made his first tweet today – and he sent it from an iPad. By now I guess everyone’s got at least one Apple product in their lineup. Well our Holy Pope has got one too. It’s an IPad and Woohoo !! he’s learnt how to send Tweets. Prayers can now be tweeted to Pope, he’ll Tweet it back to the almighty. Go Pope !!

Deeper Twitter integration in iOS 5 revealed

Back in June I was holding my breath waiting for the WWDC keynote address from Apple. Many of the elements introduced in the iOS were largely inspired from the jailbreak community..hint..notifications system, wifi sync anyone. Largely one of the most anticipated added feature was the twitter integration. However when the beta release 1 for iOS 5 was out, the twitter functionality left us wanting more.
