Apple blocks iPhone Gevey SIM in iOS5

Apple has entirely blocked the Gevey Sim Interposer in the latest beta build of iOS5 - The Gevey SIM for those that don’t know was a brand new way to unlock iPhone 4 without jailbreaking it by inserting an additional Gevey SIM in to an iPhone SIM Card Slot. It means that Apple didn’t wait to block the Gevey SIM Interposer exploit until the Full and Final version of iOS5 GM for public release. This is bad news for many iPhone 4 owners who for now should not upgrade to the latest beta builds.

    yeah, I installed the iOS5 and I can confirm it is blocked .. fck!

    You need to preserve ur baseband use snowbreeze with ios5 GM and it will preserve baseband as gevey will not work with updated baseband.
