NoLockScreen for jailbroken iPhones disables the lockscreen (unless you have a pending message). On iOS 3.2 and newer iOS versions it instantly goes back to what you were doing while on iOS 3.1 and below it will show the lock screen for a split second. Note that this tweak will not install any icons on your homescreen. You can turn this modification on or off from settings or by using the SBSettings toggle.
