Fake Call lets you setup your phone so that it looks like someone is calling you with the name and time you give. At the time you specify your phone will then ring/vibrate/look as if you are receiving a phone call from the name you gave. You can then choose to accept or reject the call just like a normal phone call depending on whether you want to get out of your date/meeting or anything else. If you accept the call it will then look and sound exactly like someone is talking to you, you can even change the voice that speaks to you.
