(Shazam) Red for the iPhone – Review
Posted by: dani2xll in Reviews, iPhone News, iPhone apps, iPhone apps - 4$
(Shazam)RED is the ultimate music tagger. (Shazam)RED donates 20% of the purchase price of the app to the World Aids Foundation in Africa.
Using Shazam allows you to record a few seconds of a song and ‘tagg it’. Shazam then runs it through its library and if it is recognised, it tells you the name and artist of the track. You can get information on the discography and biography. In addition you can search for other tracks or artists of interest to you. Tracks ‘tagged’ can be sent to Facebook or Twitter to keep your friends informed of your latest music tastes. At £2.99 from the appstore, I feel the cost is more than worthwhile for the Cause.
