The Rotation inhibitor toggle allows you to turn on/off the auto-rotate feature on your iPhone and iPod Touch. This includes the auto-rotating in Safari, iPod or anything else that changes orientation when you turn your iPhone or iPod Touch. Another reason why you should jailbreak your iphone / iPod Touch . RedSn0w 0.9 Beta 3 for iPhone and iPod Touch finally got released by the Dev Team. Download RedSn0w 0.9 files for both MAC and Windows from our forum.

It differs from blackra1n because:

• It uses our original Pwnage bootrom exploit for iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G, and iPod 1G. (Because it’s a bootrom exploit, it can’t be fixed by Apple without a new hardware release.) Note that redsn0w 0.9 does use the USB exploit for iPhone 3GS and iPod 2G running 3.1.2, but that exploit will be fixed in Apple’s next FW release.
• It offers custom logos and verbose boot
• It installs Cydia without needing a separate download
• It’s not as fast (but redsn0w handles more variations )

Vodafone has sold 100,000 iPhones since the device went on sale on its network last Thursday. The network followed Orange and Tesco Mobile in launching Apple’s device, breaking O2’s exclusive contract.

Vodafone CEO, Guy Laurence, said: ‘The demand from both consumer and business customers has been phenomenal. They want an outstanding phone on an outstanding network and we’re delivering that.’ The operator said last week that it would deliver over 50,000 iPhones on its first day of going on sale, to customers who pre-ordered the device online.

Orange is thought to have sold around 100,000 iPhones during December last year.
