iPhone app: SIManager updated to v1.2 iPhone app: SIManager updated to v1.2

The SIManager app for jailbroken iPhones that imports / copy’s contact from or to your SIM card has been updated to version 1.2 and introduced various improvements and fixes several bugs from the first release. Download the app from Cydia via the http://test.beyouriphone.com repo

Here’s the changelog:

  • Fixed the bug that in some devices, caused the total depletion of contacts present in its native application
  • Fixed a bug that caused a malfunctioning application by returning the message “Database Corrupted”
  • Improved the function of importing contacts from SIM to the native address book now should work correctly
  • Fixed some bugs was not able to correctly read all the numbers in the SIM
  • Increased application compatibility with new firmware and baseband.

iPhone game: Minigore just got another update

One of my favorite iPhone games “Minigore” just got an update and here’s the changelog:

  • Added two new characters: it talks about the “darkness” of what we know as “John Gore” and the version that shows him baby, Kid-Gore;
  • Introduced the possibility to use two weapons simultaneously, causing much more damage (double shells);
  • Kid Gore’s voice has been completely redone and, for all those people who bought it, the new character “Gangster Gore” will be free!
  • OpenFeint updated to version 2.4 with several enhancements and a graphical interface completely revised.

iPhone game: Fieldrunners   Updated to version 1.3.0

Fieldrunners is quite frankly one the best no-nonsense games to hit the iTunes App Store since its launch. At itÂ’s core it is basically a simple theme. Stopping enemies from running across a field and getting to the other side. To do this the player builds attacking towers on the field to prevent the opposition from reaching their destination.

For those who aren’t familiar, Tower Defense is a genre of strategy game in which your goal is to stop the enemies from crossing the map by building up your tower defenses.
