Posted by: Phat^Trance in How To / Guides, iPhone News, iPhone apps (Cydia)

Have you ever had a problem with Cydia crashing as soon as you open the app? It starts to then crashes? The solve the problem, all you need to do is follow these simple instructions.
- SSH into your IPhone
- Navigate to /private/var/lib/apt/lists
- Delete all the _repo_Packages, _repo_Release and all the_repo_Packages.gpg (if there is one)
That is all.
Update: For me, it worked by only deleting the zodttd source list, so you dont need to delete all of them

I have the best solution, but it needs at least: ICY
If u have ICY, and you don’t have ROCK on your iPhone:
1.connect to a wireless internet connection
2.uninstall Cydia from ICY .
3.search for Rock from ICY and install it.
4.open rock and accept all updates that Rock asks you to install.
5. install Cydia from Rock, Rock can finds all what Cydia needs to be started, you just download it from Rock and every thing will be fine.
I’d tryed 1000 ways before that, nothing worked fine, but after i used Rock, Cydia now works fine
Bests….
